Here’s the thing I’ve learned after 44 years, four kids, and an autoimmune disease that keeps me guessing: both days matter. And both are okay.
So how do we ride the ups and downs without drowning in guilt, comparison, or stressing out and losing almost 20 pounds (yeah so that really did happen)? Let’s chat.

These are those unicorn moments when:
On MomSlay Days, we run the world. We text inspirational quotes to our friends, we prep dinner and end the day with a glass of wine because today was a WIN! Then we have survival days:

These are when:
Guess what? Those days count too. Surviving is succeeding. No need to justify your rest or tiredness. Making it through without screaming is a win.

I’ve done a skincare routine while yelling “Get your shoes!” and completed Pilates training after crying my eyes out in the car. Life’s in the in-between. You’re amazing, whether you’re slaying or just surviving.
